Legend says that if you manage to catch a leprechaun, he’ll grant you a wish—but catching one is no easy task. These tiny tricksters are fast, sneaky, and full of surprises. As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, children everywhere gather glitter, glue, cardboard, and all the sparkly supplies they can find to build the perfect trap. With imagination as their guide, they set their clever creations in place and wait for their magical visitors to arrive.
On the night before the holiday, leprechauns sneak into homes looking for shiny treasures to swipe before vanishing into thin air. But this year, the kids are ready. With hidden doors, rainbow ramps, and pots of pretend gold, they hope to outsmart the wiliest guests of the season. Whether they catch one or not, the fun is in the building, the planning, and the thrill of wondering what might happen when morning comes.
We use a stoneware clay body that is fired twice for strength and durability. All pieces are fully vitrified and glazed with 100% lead free and food safe glazes. All items are microwave and dishwasher safe (with the exception of the gold lustered pieces).
Unglazed bottoms are water and stain resistant but not stain proof. Please clean strong colored food from these surfaces immediately to keep them blemish free.
Pottery will crack if transferred directly from the fridge or freezer to a hot oven or microwave. Please allow for a gradual change in temperature to avoid thermal shock to the pieces.
